Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Linkrra LLC collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. Linkrra LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company with a principal address of 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA ("Linkrra", "we", "us").
1. Who we are and what this covers
This policy applies to linkrra.com and to the three services we operate under it:
- Automate (automate.linkrra.com) — AI agents, an AI phone receptionist, messaging assistants and business automations that we build and run for business customers.
- Synap (synap.linkrra.com) — access to open AI models through a chat interface and an OpenAI-compatible API at
https://pool.linkrra.com/v1. - Pool (pool.linkrra.com) — a network of independent GPU operators who mine and serve AI inference through our pool and are paid for it.
Synap publishes an additional Synap Privacy Policy with more detail specific to that service. Where it is more specific about Synap than this policy, it applies to Synap.
2. Our role
For information about visitors, account holders, API users and GPU operators, we decide how and why the information is used and are responsible for it.
Automate is different. When a business uses Automate to answer its calls, reply to its messages or run its workflows, we handle information about that business's own customers and contacts on the business's behalf and under its instructions. The business is responsible for that information and for telling its customers how it is used, including any notice or consent required for call handling, recording or automated messaging. If you contacted a business that uses Automate and have a question about your information, please contact that business first; we will assist it in responding.
3. Information we collect
Website visitors and enquiries
- Contact details you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and the content of your message — when you email us, submit a form, book a consultation, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Technical and usage data — such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring page — recorded by our servers and, on some pages, by the analytics tool described in section 8.
Automate
- Account and business information — the email address you sign in with, your business details, the plan you ordered and the configuration of your agents and automations.
- Connected accounts — when you connect a third-party account (for example Google, Meta or an online store), we receive the access credentials that provider issues and the data needed to run the automations you set up. Google data is covered in section 5.
- Calls — when a caller reaches an AI phone receptionist, we process the caller's phone number, the audio of the call and the text derived from it in order to answer. Depending on how the service is configured for the business, records of the call such as transcripts, summaries, bookings or messages taken may be stored and passed to the business.
- Messages — the phone number, content and delivery status of SMS and WhatsApp messages sent to or from an Automate agent.
- Leads and workflow data — information that passes through an automation you configure, such as lead details, bookings, orders or spreadsheet rows.
Synap
- Account — the email address, name and profile picture Google returns when you sign in with Google. We do not receive your Google password.
- API keys — the keys issued to your account (they begin with
sk-pool-) and when they are used. - Usage — for each request, the model used, the number of tokens and the time, so that we can deduct credits correctly and show you your usage.
- Content — the prompts, files and other input you send and the output returned are processed to produce a response. Conversations you save in the chat are stored in your account. An excerpt of content that is blocked by our safety filter or reported may be kept for review.
Pool
- Operator and node data — the payout address you mine or serve against, worker names, the IP address your miner or node connects from, hardware and software details, and performance data such as hashrate, shares submitted, requests served and uptime.
- Payout records — amounts earned and paid, and the transaction references for payouts.
- Some pool statistics, including payout addresses and their performance, may be displayed publicly on the pool dashboard, as is usual for mining pools.
Payments
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a record of the payment — such as the amount, plan, status, billing email and Stripe's reference — but card numbers are collected and held by Stripe, not by us.
- Crypto payments and payouts (for example PRL, TON or USDC) involve wallet addresses, amounts and transaction identifiers. Transactions on a public blockchain are publicly visible and cannot be altered or deleted by us.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the services you request, including answering calls and messages, running automations, serving AI requests and paying GPU operators.
- To create and secure accounts, authenticate users and API keys, and prevent fraud, abuse and misuse of the services.
- To bill, meter usage, issue credits, process payments and payouts, and keep the financial records we are required to keep.
- To respond to enquiries and send service-related messages, such as receipts, renewal notices and notices of changes.
- To monitor, troubleshoot and improve the reliability and quality of the services.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the content of your requests, calls or messages to train generalized AI models.
Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the services, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.
5. Google user data
Signing in. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile picture in order to identify your account.
Connecting a Google account to Automate. When you connect your Google account so that an automation can act for you, we request only the permissions needed for the automations you set up. Depending on the features you enable, this may include:
- Google Sheets (
spreadsheets) — to read and write the spreadsheets your automation uses, such as leads, reports or CRM records. - Google Calendar (
calendar) — to create and manage bookings and events on your behalf. - Gmail, send only (
gmail.send) — to send emails such as confirmations, newsletters and reports from your own account. This permission does not allow us to read, delete or modify your mailbox. - Google Drive, app files (
drive.file) — to access only the specific files that Linkrra creates or that you open with Linkrra. This permission does not give access to your other Drive files. - Google Docs (
documents) — to generate the documents your automation produces. - Basic profile email (
userinfo.email, openid) — to identify which account you connected.
The access tokens Google issues are stored on our systems and used only to operate the automations you configure. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
We do not allow humans to read your Google user data, except with your explicit consent; where necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; to comply with applicable law; or in aggregated and anonymized form for internal operations.
Limited Use. Linkrra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke Linkrra's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by emailing weare@linkrra.com to request deletion of your stored credentials and data.
6. AI processing and compute providers
Our services use AI models to generate text, speech and other output. To do that, the content of a request, call or message is sent to the systems that run the model.
- Independent GPU operators. Synap requests may be served on machines operated by independent third parties connected through Pool. We require operators not to retain or inspect request content, but we do not control or audit every machine.
- Third-party model and infrastructure providers. Some requests are served by commercial AI and cloud providers rather than by the Pool network, including speech and language models used by Automate.
For that reason, do not submit passwords, secret keys, or information you are legally or contractually prohibited from sending to a third-party processor.
7. Who we share information with
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers that process information on our behalf to run the services. These include Stripe (card payments), Google (sign-in, the Google APIs you connect, and website analytics), Cloudflare (network delivery and security), Twilio (telephone numbers, calls and SMS), Meta (WhatsApp Business messaging), and providers of hosting, database, email, workflow automation and AI model services.
- Compute providers, as described in section 6.
- Automate business customers, who receive the calls, messages, leads and bookings their agents handle for them.
- Public blockchains, when you pay or are paid in crypto.
- Authorities and other parties where we are required to by law or a valid legal order, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of Linkrra, our users or others.
- A successor, if Linkrra is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers for their own use.
8. Cookies, local storage and analytics
- Session cookies keep you signed in to Automate and Synap. They are necessary for the services to work.
- Local storage in your browser remembers interface preferences, such as the light or dark theme.
- Analytics. Pages of the Automate site use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
- Our network provider may set cookies that are needed for security and for delivering the site.
9. Where information is processed
Linkrra is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we, our service providers or compute providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those where you live.
10. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy — in general, for as long as your account or engagement is active — and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep it for legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Information recorded on a public blockchain remains there permanently.
11. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information. If you believe an account or API key has been compromised, tell us at weare@linkrra.com so that we can revoke it.
12. Your choices and rights
You may ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing weare@linkrra.com. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law — for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or certain US states — such as the right to receive a copy of your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If your information was handled by an Automate agent on behalf of a business, please direct your request to that business.
13. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will give notice on this page or by email before it takes effect.
15. Contact
