Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of linkrra.com and the services provided by Linkrra LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a principal address of 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA ("Linkrra", "we", "us"). By creating an account, sending a request, connecting hardware, placing an order or otherwise engaging us, you agree to them.
1. The agreement
These Terms cover the three services we operate:
- Automate (automate.linkrra.com) — AI agents, an AI phone receptionist, messaging assistants and business automations.
- Synap (synap.linkrra.com) — access to open AI models through a chat interface and an OpenAI-compatible API at
https://pool.linkrra.com/v1. - Pool (pool.linkrra.com) — a network of independent GPU operators who mine and serve AI inference through our pool.
Sections 3, 4 and 5 apply only to the service they name; the rest apply to all of them. Additional terms may apply to a particular service: the Synap Terms of Service apply to Synap plans and credits, and a signed proposal or order applies to a custom Automate engagement. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms govern for that service or engagement.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use the services for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
- Keep your sign-in credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and your keys.
- Tell us promptly at weare@linkrra.com if you believe a credential or key has been exposed, so that we can revoke it.
- The information you give us must be accurate, including any payout address.
3. Automate
Services. We provide AI agents, AI phone and messaging assistants and workflow automations, either as subscription plans described on the Automate site or as custom work. A custom engagement is defined by a written scope, deliverables, timeline and price agreed in advance.
Scope and changes. Work is delivered to the agreed scope. Changes beyond that scope may require a revised quote.
Your accounts and data. Automations may run in, or connect to, accounts that you own, such as your phone numbers, mailboxes, calendars, spreadsheets and messaging accounts. You retain ownership and control of those accounts and their data. You authorize us to access them only as needed to deliver and operate the service, and you can revoke that access.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of the business information, instructions and content you give us for your agents;
- having the right to contact the people your agents call or message, and for any notice or consent the law requires for automated calls and messages, call recording, and the use of an AI assistant;
- complying with the terms of the third-party platforms your automations use, such as telephone carriers, WhatsApp, Google and your own software providers;
- reviewing what your agents do on your behalf. An AI agent can misunderstand a caller or give an incorrect answer, and it should not be the only safeguard for emergencies or for decisions with legal, medical or financial consequences.
Smart-contract work. Where an engagement includes smart-contract development, it includes tests, a gas review and a lightweight security pass with documented assumptions. A lightweight review is not a substitute for a formal third-party audit. For any contract handling real funds, you are responsible for commissioning an independent audit before mainnet deployment. We are not liable for losses arising from unaudited deployment.
4. Synap
The service. Synap gives you access to AI models through the chat and through the API. Models are served on hardware operated by independent GPU operators connected through Pool, by us, and by third-party providers. The models available, and their prices, are listed on the models page and may change.
API keys. API keys are issued to your account and are for your own use and that of your organization. Do not publish a key or share it outside your organization.
Metering. Usage is measured in tokens and deducted from your credit balance at the prices in effect when the request is made. A request may be refused if your balance is insufficient.
Limits. We may apply rate limits, quotas and safety filtering, and we may decline or stop a request that we believe breaches these Terms.
5. Pool: GPU operators
This section applies if you connect hardware to Pool to mine or to serve AI requests ("operator").
- Independent operator. You act on your own account. Nothing in these Terms makes you our employee, agent or partner. You are responsible for your hardware, electricity, connectivity, and for any taxes and reporting that apply to what you earn.
- Your hardware. You confirm that you own the hardware you connect or are authorized to use it for this purpose, and that doing so does not breach any agreement that binds you, such as a hosting or cloud contract. Software we provide is installed and run at your own risk.
- Request content. If your node serves AI requests, you must not retain, log, inspect, copy, disclose or use the content of those requests or their output, except as technically necessary to serve them, and you must not interfere with or falsify results.
- Fees and payouts. Pool fees, the payout scheme, minimum payout and the share of serving revenue paid to operators are those published on pool.linkrra.com at the time the work is performed. Payouts are sent to the address you supply. A payout sent to an address you supplied cannot be reversed or recovered by us.
- No guarantee of earnings. Earnings depend on network conditions, demand for inference, the performance of your hardware and the market price of the assets you are paid in, which can be volatile. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, demand or uptime. Nothing on our sites is financial or investment advice.
- Beta features. Features described as beta, including serving tiers and payout methods still being completed, are offered as they are and may change or be withdrawn.
- Removal. We may reject, disconnect or stop routing to a worker or node, and withhold payment for work that is invalid, fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
6. Payment, credits and refunds
- Prices. Prices are those shown on the relevant site, or in your proposal, when you order. Taxes may be added where they apply.
- Subscriptions. Subscription plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Custom engagements. Fees and milestones are set out in each proposal. Invoices are due as stated in the agreed terms.
- Credits. Synap credits are a prepaid balance for using Synap. They are not money, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred to another account, and have no value outside the service. Whether and when credits expire is set out in the Synap Terms of Service.
- Crypto payments. Where we accept payment in crypto assets, such as PRL, TON or USDC, you are responsible for sending the amount quoted, in the asset and on the network specified, to the address shown. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. A payment that is sent incorrectly may not be credited and may not be recoverable.
- Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise or we have agreed otherwise in writing, payments are not refundable and a period in progress is not pro-rated. If you believe you were charged in error, write to weare@linkrra.com and we will review it and refund charges made in error.
- Late or failed payment. We may suspend a service if a payment fails or an invoice is overdue.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use any Linkrra service to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- generate sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers children;
- develop weapons or malicious software, or carry out attacks on any system;
- harass, threaten or defraud people, or impersonate a real person or organization in order to deceive;
- send spam or unsolicited calls or messages that the recipient has not agreed to where the law requires agreement;
- access or attempt to access other users' accounts, data or keys;
- overload or disrupt the services, circumvent rate limits, quotas, metering or safety filters, or obtain service without paying for it;
- resell or redistribute API access in a way that hides your end users' breach of these rules.
8. AI output and third-party models
The services use AI models, most of which are open-weight models built by third parties and provided under their own licences. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or biased, and the same input can produce different output. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Output is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
The services also depend on third-party platforms, such as telephone carriers, messaging platforms, payment processors and the accounts you connect. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.
9. Your content and intellectual property
- You keep your rights in the content you submit. As between you and us, and to the extent the law allows, you own the output generated for you.
- You give us permission to process your content as needed to provide the services, and you confirm you have the right to submit it.
- Deliverables built for you under a custom engagement are yours once paid for, unless the proposal says otherwise. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods and general know-how.
- The Linkrra sites, software, names and logos remain ours. These Terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the services.
10. Confidentiality
We keep the business information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver the services you have requested.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Synap and Pool run on a distributed network of independently operated machines, and capacity, models and performance vary. Unless we have agreed a service level in writing, none applies. We may add, change or withdraw features, models and prices; changes to prices do not affect a period you have already paid for.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time and may cancel a subscription as described in section 6. We may suspend or close an account, revoke an API key, or disconnect a node if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if needed to protect the services or other users. Any unused prepaid balance is refunded where the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 6, 9, 10, 13 and 15, continue to apply.
13. Warranties and liability
We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or crypto assets. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement the claim relates to or, for any other service, the amounts you paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these Terms. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice on this page or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the services after a change takes effect means you accept it.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory protection of the law of the place where you live.
